How does this program work?
How Our Program Works:
- You can rent any DFW area apartment of your choice
- They pay us an apartment locator fee (if available)
- We give you a rebate back equal to 30% of 90% of our commission
Example Transaction:
- You rent an apartment for $1,500 a month and submit us as your locator
- Let's say the property offers 100% of one month's rent as a locator fee
- That means they pay us $1,500 for referring you to them
- There is a 10% marketing fee so $1,500 x 10% = $150
- That leaves $1,350 available for a cash rebate
- We then give you 33% of the $1,350
- $1,350 x 33% = $445 cash back to you!!!
Will I have to pay higher rent for getting money back?
Absolutely Not.
Apartment Communities pay licensed Apartment Locator fees for marketing and ultimately placing clients into their Apartment Communities.
This fee has absolutely nothing to do with the amount that you pay for your monthly rent.
Does it cost anything to participate in the Cash Back Program?
No. There is absolutely no fee charged to participate in this cash back program. We are committed to providing our clients a 100 % free service. No contracts. No gimmicks.
When will I receive my Cash Back Rebate?
This depends on how soon after your move in date the Property Management Company releases the commission. As soon as commission is released, you will receive your rebate as a money order under $1,000 or cashiers check above $1,000 within 5 business days.
Most properties will pay after you have made your first rental payment to prevent fraud. The average time is 6-8 weeks depending on your move in date and the Property Management Company. You will be notified as soon as funds have been received and before money order or cashiers check are mailed to you.
